Terms of Service

By using TempoMail.id ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TempoMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses. Emails are automatically deleted after 48 hours. The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability, reliability, or data preservation.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service for: • Any illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, or money laundering • Sending or receiving threats, harassment, or hate speech • Distributing malware, phishing, or spam • Creating accounts for the purpose of abuse, fraud, or circumventing bans • Any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction • Activities related to terrorism, child exploitation, or human trafficking Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. No Privacy Guarantee

Emails sent to TempoMail addresses are not private. Any person who knows or guesses the email address can read its messages. Do not use the Service for sensitive, confidential, or personal communications. We encrypt emails at rest but this does not prevent access by anyone who knows the address.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost emails, service interruptions, data breaches, or misuse by third parties. Use at your own risk.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal requests. We may disclose server logs, IP addresses, and any available information when required by law or to prevent harm.

6. Data Retention

All emails are automatically deleted after 48 hours. We do not guarantee delivery or preservation of any email. We do not perform backups of email data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
